My lovebird goes crazy when she sees a laptop...?

I think she has mini- seizures, I'm not sure. She spins her head around almost 360 degrees and just vibrates it. Then she starts rubbing her beak on the laptop and runs around in circles and bites my finger. Is this some kind of a seizure? An exorcism??? *chuckle*
