Ex girlfriend causing trouble. what to do ?

We were in a 8 month relationship long distance. Being from different cities we met only 3 times and were intimate. She used to be abusive so i left her and moved on with my life. But she kept on calling me. In the beginning it was ok. But then it became 'you spoilt my life. take me back or i will do ...' kind of thing. So i changed my number, Now i hear from a common friend that she is coming to meet me at my institute campus. I am sure she is going to create a scene and spoil my reputation or try something even worse. She is pyscho kind of person. What should i do ? Here in India i don't think it is easy to get restraining order.
