Urgent! phone help! :(?

okay so i have an lg samba with bluegrass cellular. i have no internet and sence i dont i dont have picture messaging or brew. i have called them and done everything trying to find out how to put photos from my phone onto my computer. i dont have bluetooth on my computer either. and also i was wondering how to put photos from my computer onto my phone.!!!!!! PLEASE HELP!
