Yikes! Help me please my little chicken ate...?

My little chicken ate a gecko and I'm not sure if it's the same one I drenched in bug repellent yesterday. Sadly all gecko's look alike to me but the size was about the same. If it was the same one will my chicken get sick? Help because my chicken is only about 5 weeks old. Plus I just noticed her beak is bloody, what should I do
