I want to wear a dance dress underneath my wedding dress?

I'm sure you could have it custom made but I don't think that kind of costume can be bought off the rack in just any store. I know of some couture designers that make gowns with detachable skirts, if you had something like that then you'd keep the bodice on and only your long skirt would be detached during the first dance.
