I have guys problems! What should I do? I think this may be too serious but idk!!!!!!!!?

There's this guy that I met online and he says that he loves me. We have been texting each other for about 3 weeks now and we are friends on facebook. He lives in Alabama and i live in California. He says that he feels a strong connection between us us and that he really loves me. The other day he told me that he wants to take this to the next level and get more intimate with me. He said that when he turns 16(in a few months) he going to move in with his cousin so he can be closer with me and so we can go to the same school.He told me that he wants to be with me forever and get closer with me. He is always telling me that he loves me stuff like that. I dont know what to do??? Im only 15(almost 16) and this feels like this is going way to fast. What should I do? Someone please help!! I need ur advise please!
