Need a guys advice, he just looking for sex?

If you are both going off to school after the summer the relationship is probably not gonna last anyways (at least statistically). If you are having problems now I'd say just break it off. As for why he isn't being responsive: it may be getting too routine for him. Especially if you guys always do the same old thing every time you hang. No sex doesn't help either.
