Vaginal bleeding after intimate moments, need help!?

My girlfriend having this condition, whenever we have intimate moments, she bleeds afterward, it's not heavy bleeding like periods and there was no penetration so it does not deal with hymen too, so what's wrong, women please help (P.S.: we didn't have anything more than oral sex and didn't include penetration as I mentioned before)
