What can I do to get her in the mood?

She's my closest friend and she thinks I'm hot. I like her alot but I don't know how she feels about me. I can't ask her out anytime soon because she works everyday. She's very sexually active it's very easy to get her turned on according to her. When I hug her I put my arms on her waist and sometimes under her shirt but she doesnt seem to mind. Iv kissed her on the cheek a few times and she smiles every time. Other than that I'm afraid to try anything more intimate to show that I like her alot because I dont want to make her feel uncomfortable. I have told her I liked her for years a few months ago but she never told me how she felt about me. The problem was when I told her she had a bf at the time. Now she hasn't mentioned or brought his name up in three months and she has been spending more time with me. She thinks I'm a sweet and a nice guy and I think that she likes me too but wont admit it. What can I do to open up to me more. I don't really want to mention to her that I still like her because that seems desperate to me.
