Who could answer a wild bird question?

my cat got a little wild bird and i have it right now, its not injured and is able fly a bit and has all it feathers. my question is do u think its able to survive food wise. its got a brown head with some white going above its eyes and a little white strip in the middle of its fore head with a bit of black on each side of the white strip and a small thick black beak. it's back is light brown and its stomach is white with a bit of black in it. the bird is small.
